Better Backyard Co is operated by Prestige Grove LLC, doing business as Better Backyard Co. We are building a welcoming place to plan the backyard you want to come home to, with clear information and a straightforward way to reach us.

Coming soon

Our outdoor living collection is in development. Products are not currently available to purchase, and we are not accepting paid preorders or deposits. An account, email signup or inquiry does not reserve an item, guarantee pricing or availability, or create an order.

Images and product information

Our coming soon images illustrate design inspiration and may be digitally created. They do not represent confirmed inventory or exact product specifications. Final products, brands, dimensions, materials, prices, shipping terms and warranties will be provided before products become available to buy.

Customer accounts

Customer accounts are optional and free. Creating an account does not purchase a membership or enroll you in marketing automatically. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure, provide accurate details, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Email updates and inquiries

If you choose to subscribe, you can unsubscribe through the link in our marketing emails or by emailing support@betterbackyardco.com. We use inquiry information to respond to you. Sending a support photograph does not grant permission to use it in advertising; we will ask separately before promotional use.

Planning, installation and product safety

Our inspiration images and general planning content are not installation instructions or a statement that a product is suitable for your property. Before purchasing, review the actual product specifications, manufacturer instructions, clearances, fuel or electrical requirements, and any applicable permits or site restrictions. Use appropriately qualified professionals where required. We do not currently offer installation, engineering or permit services.

Shopping and payment information

Before sales open, we will disclose available payment methods, pricing, shipping charges, cancellation and return conditions, and any product-specific warranty. No financing approval, delivery service or supplier authorization is implied by a coming-soon image or payment logo. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain our current prelaunch status.

Responsible use

Please provide accurate information and do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access. Website content is protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws. Contact us before reusing our original images or written content commercially.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms as our business develops. Updates will be posted and apply going forward. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
