Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in the product price, including residential freight, liftgate service and a delivery appointment. Returns & delivery inspection
Contact support@betterbackyardco.com before returning an item. Eligible returns must be in like-new condition; retain the original packaging. Return freight is deducted from the refund, and repackaging may carry an additional fee. Final-sale items are excluded. Inspect your delivery and report any damage or defect promptly with photographs of the item and packaging so we can coordinate with the supplier.
