Standard shipping is included in the price of this item within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship this item to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations.

Delivery is by FedEx, UPS or an LTL freight carrier. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment. White-glove delivery and upgraded services are not available.
Returns & damaged items
This item is not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Report damage or defects to support@betterbackyardco.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the damage, product condition, packaging and shipping labels. Keep the item and packaging until we confirm the claim instructions. Approved replacements ship at no additional cost; if a replacement is unavailable, a refund is issued. Do not send the item back without instructions. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.
